Al Raha Beach is an Aldar-developed waterfront district on the Abu Dhabi-Dubai road corridor, between Khalifa City and Yas Island.

Al Raha Beach is a waterfront district on the mainland east of Abu Dhabi island, next to Khalifa City and close to Yas Island and Zayed International Airport. Aldar planned it as a series of linked precincts on about 5.2 million sq m along the coast and inland canals. The completed neighbourhoods of Al Bandar, Al Muneera, Al Zeina and Al Hadeel hold apartments, townhouses and some villas, with shops and restaurants at street level.
Al Raha Beach is one of the investment zones where Abu Dhabi's 2019 property law lets all nationalities buy freehold. Aldar's head office, the circular Aldar HQ building completed in 2010, stands at the western end of the district.
Remaining plots are now being developed by other developers. Burtville Developments is building its hotel-branded Bab Al Qasr Canal View Residence 22 and Sea View Residence 51 here.
