Property Investment .AE is an off-plan property marketplace for the United Arab Emirates, covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. It is owned and run by Wincasa Real Estate LLC, a licensed brokerage based in Dubai.

What we do

We list new and upcoming projects from the developers we work with, with the facts a buyer needs in one place: starting prices, payment plans milestone by milestone, handover dates, unit types, floor plans, fees and terms. Every figure on the site is entered from the developer's own file by our team. Where a figure is not published yet, the page says so instead of guessing.

How Emir AI helps
