1. Search projects your way

• Properties: filter by city, area, property type (apartment, villa, townhouse and more), bedrooms, price in AED, handover date and payment plan.
• Ask AI: type what you want in plain words, for example "2-bedroom on Saadiyat under AED 3 million with post-handover plan", and the search does the filtering for you.
• AI map: see projects on a map and explore by neighbourhood.
• Locations and Developers: browse by area or by developer.

2. Get a shortlist from the AI Matchmaker

Tell the AI Matchmaker your budget, goal (live in, rent out, or growth) and timeline. It returns a shortlist with the reasons each project fits.

3. Ask Emir AI about any project

Emir AI answers questions using the project's own files, such as brochures, floor plans and payment plans. It only answers from those files; if something is not in them, it says so rather than guessing.

4. Compare and check

• Compare: put projects side by side on price, size, payment plan and handover date.

When you are ready, contact an advisor through the contact page or WhatsApp. They confirm current prices, availability and the payment plan in writing, with no obligation. Payments to the developer always go into the project's regulated escrow account, and registration fees are set by the land authority, not by us.
